Special Interest Groups KANDL Special Interest Groups The KANsas Digital Learning (KANDL) Association was formed in 2002 to serve the mutual interests of teachers, researchers, IT staff, librarians, health care professionals and other Kansans affected by the growth of digital learning. The KANDL Advisory Board includes representation from higher education, K-12, hospitals and libraries, and has developed five "special interest groups" (SIG's) to stimulate interaction between individuals with similar interests within the KANDL environment:
